At Dolce Vita Salon & Spa, our team of service providers is organized into six distinct levels, enabling us to deliver an exceptional experience at various price points tailored to your individual needs. Our level system diverges from conventional beauty industry practices by prioritizing the demand for each provider's time rather than solely their years of experience.

 

Even at Level 1, many of our providers boast over a decade of expertise. Newer providers may initially start at a lower demand level as they build their clientele. As the demand for a service provider's time increases, they progress to higher levels. We understand that clients may not always be able to transition to a higher pricing level with their preferred provider; however, our collaborative culture ensures that your provider will assist you in connecting with another team member who fits within your budget. All of our providers participate in comprehensive in-house training, obtain certifications, and access external educational opportunities to advance within the level system.

 

Our associate and mentorship programs are designed to prepare stylists for advancement, typically involving four levels prior to reaching Level 1. You can be confident that at Level 1, you are receiving services from some of the most talented professionals in the area.
